Fantastic communication in terms of what would be done when. Precise details about everything. Bill didn't count the "hours" it took to get the job done right and actually spent more time on the job then originally predicted to insure that the job did, in fact, get done the right way. I'd HIGHLY recommend Pure Maintenance and would use them without a doubt again if I ever needed to!

Absolutely incredible service. Excellent communication about what was entailed, how it would be done, pricing and all. Excellent pre-appointment communication, as well. Once here, Bill was meticulous in what it was that he did an spent excellent time on our project. There was no rush to get the job done or get on to another job somewhere else. He made sure everything that we needed was done with care and was given the time it needed. No rush, no corners being cut... simply thorough and efficient!
